Corporation

We are a SAP consulting company and engage in the German speaking part of Switzerland. Our specific industry knowhow generates maximal customer returns in a well defined, manageable market segment. We differentiate ourselves with emphasis on quality & performance – not on price & discount policies.
Our specific industry knowhow drives the development of our own SAP based products. These products can be viewed as “enablers” in order to win customer projects. We are not a software house but rather a consulting company.
Our strategic aim is to expand in to markets abroad by leveraging our Group’s affiliate companies.
Process Partner’s assets stem from two sources:

Environment

We operate in the German speaking part of Switzerland as well as Southern Germany, Vorarlberg in Austria and Liechtenstein. By leveraging our affiliated All for One Midmarket AG Group partner companies, we are able to serve the whole of Germany and Austria.
Process Partner uses the group’s distribution network to sell its products in all German speaking areas. As a matter of principle, it is not our aim to have our consultants involved in the implementation of such across the border projects – only as an exception.
We clearly position ourselves as a SAP partner for mid-sized companies through our SAP Channel Partner contract. All our expertise is geared towards the needs and requirements of this market segment.
SAP – as software and as a company – are permanently at the centre of our attention – as master supplier, intermediary, and contractual partner.
Our relationships and communication with SAP representatives demand a high level of management attention in order to guarantee the necessary information flow ultimately leading to additional competitive advantage.
From the beginning – due to the broad spectrum of SAP products and services – Process Partner consequently specialized and concentrated in serving specific market segments. Close collaboration with selected partners allows us to provide holistic consulting services in non-core areas or where new technologies need to be proposed. We value a pragmatic, joint project approach and commitment more than having an all-embracing, legally approved contract.
Leadership

Process Partner‘s leadership set up basically allows staff to organize themselves. We are careful that all our employees at all levels and functions are permanently able to manage, to arrange, to direct and to further develop their immediate work load, their teams, and areas of accountability.
The basis of this system lies in mutual trust. Trust is the linchpin making this system self-organizational, intelligent and error robust.
Three basic principles lead our thinking and actions:
I. In the end only results count. It is not „The end justifies the means.“ but being consistently aligned with regard to performance and results that matter.

Our market focus is deep rather than broad. In addition we concentrate on our core competences and avoid distractions. The bottom line:
