ProSalary ties in to the SAP integrated areas of reimbursement management (payroll) and HR cost planning. These are two separate SAP standard processes. Plan data interfaces are available that import reimbursement management data in to the budgeting system as well as budget values from HR cost planning in to payroll.
ProSalary’s integration goes one step further. Within SAP, HR cost planning is merged with payroll allowing an integrated and iterative process.
ProSalary is flexible and allows individual, bespoke processes. Labour costs can be viewed in general due to the SAP budgeting process being embedded. Fully functional HR cost planning is available. Planning can be done centrally as well as de-centrally per area of accountability. In addition to payroll’s rules, SAP’s standard solution is enhanced by additional data collection methods, various analysis reports with detailed account allocations, and graphics.
ProSalary allows you to „pro-actively“ influence payroll’s process and budgeting:
• You have available a strategic overview of the expected HR costs.
• You group employees according to different aspects and receive a total view of the expected HR costs (including step raises, etc.).
• By defining individual planning scenarios, you simulate what influences the wage negotiation (e.g. Changes in budget allocation, headcounts, etc.) process.
• Through an Excel interface, you import in to PaySalaray additional cost relevant elements such as pension fund merit amounts or special one-off lump sum payments.
• You draw additional data (incentive payments or employee participation, etc.) form SAP’s reimbursement management system.
• Based on flexible rules you execute the new and approved wage negotiation input and transfer the new payrolls directly in to SAP-HR.
• You transfer planning data in to Controlling and in to Housekeeping Management and execute differentiated Plan / Is comparisons.
